$4 Million At-Risk Youth Mentoring Grant - Urban Awareness USA Action4youth needed support to pilot a mentoring service for disadvantaged young people aged 11 17 in milton keynes. the goal was the provision of 12 mentoring sessions on average for 19 young people. Action4youth is one of two organisations selected to receive a grant to fund engagement activity to identify & work with ‘at risk’ young people,. Funds from this program can be used to train and coordinate for educational and after school programs on strategies to safely and confidentially identify children and families experiencing violence and properly refer children exposed and their families to services and violence prevention programs.
