I use a dell docking station. basically, it will identify the 2 extra monitors i have plugged in (as seen above), but it won't display anything on the screen. typically, after a couple days, i'll turn my computer on and it'll "magically" work again. as i've talked to it and they have no clue, hoping that somebody in here could provide some insight. Dell limits third party chargers to 90w on the usb c port since usb c doesn't support higher charge rates than 100w. only when a dell certified charger is plugged in, a special mode will be activated to allow 130w (which is not standardized in usb c btw). don't be worried about the slow charger warning tho.
