Global Covid-19 Study | Centre For Educational Neuroscience This experience with sars gave me the impetus to start looking at how people are currently affected by the covid 19 pandemic, especially in terms of mental health. It is a university led research centre, combining the expertise of researchers in child development, neuroscience, and education at two world leading universities, birkbeck and ucl.

Global Covid-19 Study | Centre For Educational Neuroscience We are pleased to announce that professor usha goswami was awarded the yidan prize for education research by the yidan prize foundation in september 2019, for her work in educational neuroscience, language and literacy. Insights from neuroscience on child development reveal potential neural mechanisms and educational outcomes likely disrupted by the pandemic—and how this will disproportionally affect low ses children. The conference aimed to foster collaboration, advance innovation, and critically explore current research trends, methodologies, and developments in the field of educational neuroscience. the published proceedings, containing abstracts of the research presented at the conference, are available here: encore 2025 proceedings. The fall 2021 issue of june reflects the diversity of subject matter and instructional delivery methods that make neuroscience education so special, unique, and flexible.
