That's the chosen champion from the dark vengeance box, i think from. 6th edition. came with 5 other chosen, 2 of which were dupes of eachother. Those look like fantasy models but maybe those could be proxied as world eaters with some khorne daemons. it's kind of tough to do once they are already built.
