The Cosmological Bootstrap: Inflationary Correlators From Symmetries, Locality And Unitarity ... We reproduce many classic results in the literature and provide a complete classification of all inflationary three and four point functions arising from weakly broken conformal symmetry. He will discuss how symmetries, locality and unitarity constrain the structure of cosmological correlators and show how their form can be completely fixed by these physical principles without having to consider the complicated time evolution.

The Cosmological Bootstrap: Inflationary Correlators From Symmetries, Locality And Unitarity ... Specifically, we study slow roll inflation with weak couplings to extra massive particles, for which all correlation functions are controlled by an approximate conformal symmetry on the boundary of the spacetime. Using our formalism, we reproduce many classic results in the literature, such as the three point function of slow roll inflation, and provide a complete classification of all inflationary three and four point functions arising from weakly broken conformal symmetry. In the following, we will define the inflationary boundary correlators more precisely and then show how they can be bootstrap using knowledge of their symmetries and singularities. In this work, we delve into an analytical exploration of the effects of a time dependent mass of a scalar field on inflationary correlators, which uncover novel phenomenological implications that have remained obscured in previous studies.

In this paper, we develop an understanding of inflationary correlators which parallels that of flat space scattering amplitudes. His research is focused on new ways of understanding cosmological correlators, with connections to the study of scattering amplitudes and the conformal bootstrap. Correlators at tree level. one important motivation for doing this comes from experiment: we wish to give a completely invariant and physical characterization of the way in which the exchange of particles of general masses and spins can be extracted from cosmological probes of non gaussia. He will discuss how symmetries, locality and unitarity constrain the structure of cosmological correlators and show how their form can be completely fixed by these physical principles without having to consider the complicated time evolution.
