In this paper, we offer a first inventory of possible lessons that we draw from our study of crisis responses in various european political systems. our aim is to formulate an agenda for learning lessons from the management of the largest crisis to hit the world in years. The think tank focused on pandemic preparedness, therapeutics, vaccines, and challenges related to clinical trial design and scale up during the early phase of a pandemic. based on the multi faceted discussions, we outline 10 key steps to an improved and equitable pandemic response.
