Super Mario Youtube Music A lot of rs i've watched (specifically those uploading minecraft content) have used nintendo music lately in their videos. how do they know it is safe? nintendo doesn't seem to automatically claim anything, but couldn't they legally strike and remove and entire channel overnight for using multiple nintendo themes? most of the people i'm talking about are making content for a living. Okay, i don't know if this is the right place to write this post, but i was wondering what the situation is with using nintendo music (or any of its ips etc.) in videos uploaded to ? i'm making a video and the gateway galaxy music from super mario galaxy would be the perfect fit. will still keep it monetized? will nintendo take a cut, or strike it? what will happen? thanks in.
