PayPal Developer SignUp If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long. Apparently, according to paypal agent, as long as there is a tracking number that shows something has been delivered to the same canadian city, paypal will automatically side with the seller.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. if there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of paypal pages for options available in your country. Thanks for your reply shradha, i had to realize, that paypal right now only offers passkey usage in combination with smartphones. my use case won't rely on this kind of hardware but rather fido2 capable tokens like my yubikey 5/5c. I've used the same card for the entire time and have had this problem only once before and it seemed to be an actual glitch on paypal's side, not my bank's. anyone else having this problem again? your mastercard debit **** isn‘t eligible for instant transfers we linked your card, but your bank doesn’t currently support instant transfers.
