During the pandemic, many students suffered steep learning loss, disengagement, and burnout. but some students came out thriving: experiencing little learning loss, engaged in their education, and continuously supported by wraparound services providing meals and health services. Most of us have never lived through a pandemic, and there is so much we don’t know about students’ capacity for resiliency in these circumstances and what a timeline for recovery will look like. Organizations should join the learning and development revolution in order to thrive post pandemic. building strong cultures of continuous learning helps build successful businesses of the future.
