Rash Under Eyes And Around Mouth | BabyCenter Lo has had this rash on and off for a while now. it's under his eyes and around his mouth. usually it's most noticeable after he wakes up in the am and gradually improves or disappears as the day progresses. The rash has now spread to his chin and sometimes a bump or two under his eye, which always disappears within a day.
