Rethinking Professional Learning Priorities During The Pandemic This year, as schools across the country were forced to adjust to virtual learning, professional learning and curriculum organizations like el education learned how to reimagine curriculum implementation designed for in person learning. Methods: this communication describes how two professional schools at oregon state university, the college of pharmacy and the carlson college of veterinary medicine, pivoted in response to the covid 19 pandemic to ensure continuity in student training.

Learning During A Pandemic – WPI Journal How one district used the disruption of the pandemic to reimagine professional learning—shifting from one size fits all to trust driven, personalized growth that meets the evolving needs of educators and students alike. The covid 19 pandemic introduced profound changes to our educational system. the shift to hybrid and remote learning required educators to adopt new technologies to deliver instruction and monitor student learning. On the one hand, the proliferation of online learning opportunities necessitated by the pandemic resulted in an increase in access for educators who have not been served well by traditional face to face models of professional learning. To preserve inclusivity and wellbeing and to compensate for the lack of body cognitive experiences, our research team worked with the educational systems before and during the pandemic, providing educators with effective indexes concerning didactic practices.
