In this review, we focus on experimental investigations of trust in the organisational sciences. we introduce a comprehensive framework to synthesise existing scholarship using experimental methods to study trust and identify substantial gaps in our understanding of trust in organisational settings. Teamwork could lead to more job autonomy, greater responsibility, and higher job satisfaction. the study considers different factors responsible for teamwork organization relationship through a research question, ‘whether teamwork affect the organization as a whole?’. Therefore, this study aims to test and expand on the path model by offering perceptions of organizational trust as a mechanism by which employees use phw programs, leading to increased positive employee and organizational outcomes. This study investigates the complex relationship between trust and team performance, addressing two key issues: the mechanisms through which trust impacts performance and the specific dimensions of performance affected by trust in ongoing work teams.
