If an account has been deactivated for more than three consecutive weeks, all the art is gone. however, if the artist was banned from deviantart, if you don't currently have the links to your work, you can look them up on google images.

I'm not too sure if you also noticed this with your own accounts, but i can login into my dead account. for context: i deleted/deactivated my account and i never reactivated it.
